Attorney General Panel Counsel. 9.1.1 The Supplier shall not place or cause to be placed any orders with third parties (including barristers) or otherwise incur liabilities in the name of the Contracting Bodies without prior written approval of the relevant Contracting Body. The Supplier shall only instruct barristers from the Attorney General’s panels of counsel once written approval (including in relation to specific barrister’s nomination) has been provided by the relevant Contracting Body.

Attorney General Panel Counsel. The Solicitor shall not place or cause to be placed any orders with third parties (including barristers) or otherwise incur liabilities in the name of the Client without prior written approval. The Solicitor shall only instruct barristers from the Attorney General’s panels of counsel once written approval (including in relation to specific barrister’s nomination) has been provided by the Client. In the event written approval is granted by the Client in accordance with 2.1.1, the Attorney General panel counsel’s fees shall apply to the instructed panel counsel members. Administrative Costs The Charges for any supply of the Services shall be inclusive of ad-hoc administrative costs and overheads including but not limited to routine non-bulk photocopying and reprographics, routine postage, charges for internet access, word processing, secretarial and librarian time, fax usage, telephone call charges and other such telecommunication costs and inclusive of VAT. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contract Prices and Charges shall be all-inclusive with the sole exceptions of the following extraordinary administrative costs: bulk photocopying; and courier charges, both of which shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Client. The Client shall pay Charges only for those fee earners whom it has accepted as assigned to the supply of the Services and as identified in the Letter of Appointment (or any amendments thereof). The Solicitor shall ensure that Solicitor Staff attendance at meetings is kept to a minimum and as required for the delivery of the Services and for the proper performance of the Contract.

  • Professional Development and Training 4.1 The purpose of professional development and training requirements for interpreters is to maintain the skill levels interpreters possess at the time they pass their interpreter certification examination, and to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Both the State and the Union encourage interpreters to complete training and continuing education activities.

  • Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants.   • Audit and the National Audit Office E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.

  • MILWAUKEE BOARD OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS AUTHORITY It is hereby agreed and declared that this Contract is made expressly subject to the powers granted to said Milwaukee Board of School Directors, by the applicable provisions of Chapter 119 and Sec.
