Franchise Transfer Fees. Contractor agrees to remit within thirty (30) days, the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for County’s approval of assignment of its rights and obligations under the Franchise Agreement.

Franchise Transfer Fees. A. Any application for a franchise transfer shall be made in a manner prescribed by the City Manager. The application shall include a transfer fee in an amount to be set by City by Resolution of the Council, to cover the anticipated cost of all direct and indirect administrative expenses including consultants and attorneys, necessary to adequately analyze the application and to reimburse City for all direct and indirect expenses. In addition, the Grantee shall reimburse the City for all costs not covered by a transfer fee in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). City's request for reimbursement shall be supported with evidence of the expense or cost incurred. The applicant shall pay such bills within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Franchise Transfer Fees. 10.1 Any application for a franchise transfer or change in control, as described in Section 8.1, shall be made in the manner prescribed by the CITY Manager. The application shall include the payment and reimbursement to CITY of up to $15,000 to cover the cost of all direct and indirect administrative expenses including consultants and attorneys, necessary to adequately analyze the application and to reimburse CITY for all direct and indirect expenses. In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall reimburse the CITY for all costs not covered by the transfer fee. Bills shall be supported with evidence of the expense or cost incurred.
