Common use of Freedom of Choice Clause in Contracts

Freedom of Choice. HMO must ensure that Members have the right to choose any Medicaid participating family planning provider, whether the provider chosen by the Member is in or outside HMO provider network. HMO must provide Members access to information about the providers of family planning services available and the Member's right to choose any Medicaid family planning provider. HMO must provide access to confidential family planning services.

Freedom of Choice.
