Freight and Transportation. Subject to Article 5 “Delivery” and paragraph 3.1.11 herein, the Operator shall be responsible for all transportation and freight charges, including duties and other charges arising from such transportation, and for providing insurance coverage for property in transit.

Freight and Transportation. Marketer will arrange for all freight and transportation services, including rail equipment, for delivery of Owner’s Ethanol. Except as otherwise provided herein, Owner will reimburse Marketer for all commercially reasonable freight, transportation services and throughput costs incurred by Marketer.
