Frequency Variation. Rated frequency of the system shall be 50.0 Hz and connected equipment must be capable of operating within the limits specified in Clause 22.2 of the Maharashtra Electricity Grid Code (MEGC) 2020 and Central Electricity Authority (Grid Standards) Regulations 2010. Operating frequency shall normally be controlled within the limits in strict conformity with IEGC, and any other Regulations as may be specified by the appropriate authority from time to time. The variations of voltage may not be more than the voltage range specified in the regulations as per Clause 22.3 and Clause 22.4 of Maharashtra Electricity Grid Code (MEGC) 2020 and Central Electricity Authority (Grid Standards) Regulations 2010 and any other Regulations/Standards framed by the Authority or specified by CERC and as amended from time to time.

Frequency Variation. Kenwood shall produce under this Agreement Products having frequency variation from the Pre-Production Model, provided, however, that (i) such modified Product shall have been developed and approved under the Development Agreement, and (ii) the minimum production quantity per frequency variation shall be no less than One Thousand (1,000) units of Products. With the exception of those two conditions, all other provisions of this Agreement shall be equally applicable to Products with frequency variation.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Frequency Your milk must be supplied on a consistent basis throughout the week on either a daily or skip-a-day basis as agreed by you and DFMC, except in emergencies.
