FUEL PRICES. Where, under this Charter, either Owner or Charterer are required to pay for or reimburse the other Party for the value of fuel oil or diesel oil, the transfer price shall be the last documented price paid for each item. Where, under this Charter, either Owner or Charterer are required to pay for or reimburse the other party for the value of LNG heel or natural gas vapours, the transfer price shall be the price for such LNG in US$ per mmBtu, as stipulated in the applicable LNG SPA or Designated Trade to which such LNG or natural gas vapours relate; provided, however, that if such LNG or natural gas vapours do not relate to one of the LNG SPAs or Designated Trades, then the price shall be the FOB price when such LNG or natural gas vapours are loaded on the Vessel (the “LNG Price”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the price for LNG or natural gas vapours consumed for cooling-down during the off-hire period of the Vessel shall be the FOB price.

FUEL PRICES. All quotations are subject to industry controls and related fuel price fluctuations. If the fuel price increases more than 5% at the destination or the arrival airport between date of quotation and confirmation, the charter price shall accordingly be adjusted and the same communicated in writing by The Group Director of Finance and Administration to The Customer.
FUEL PRICES. USER understands that CF fuel prices are not displayed on any pump at the time of fueling, but are available by calling the CF office. Prices quoted at other fueling facilities are not guarenteed. Prices are set on account basis and may differ from receipt at time of sale.

Where, under this Agreement, either Contractor or Customer are required to pay for or reimburse the other Party for the value of LNG Heel or natural gas vapours, the transfer price shall be the ex-ship price for such LNG in USD per MMBtu, as stipulated in the applicable LNG purchase and sale agreement to which such LNG or natural gas vapours relate (the "LNG Price").

  • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Product Prices Product prices and validity of product prices are stated in the Offer and/or in the Individual Agreement.

  • Supply Price The price payable by SAVIENT to NOF for the Activated PEG manufactured and supplied by NOF pursuant to SAVIENT’s Firm Orders (“Supply Price”) shall be as set out in Exhibit C, and the price for each order shall be calculated based on SAVIENT’s total Forecast for the Year in which the order is placed regardless of whether NOF shall complete delivery in the Year in which it is ordered. By way of example, if SAVIENT’s Forecast for a particular Year is for [**] kg of the Activated PEG, then orders placed during that Year will be charged at US$[**]/Kg. If at the end of any Year actual orders purchased by SAVIENT do not fall within the applicable quantity range of the original Forecast, then the Price for the Activated PEG purchased during that Year shall be adjusted to reflect that actual volume of Activated PEG purchased by SAVIENT, provided, however, if the actual amount purchased by SAVIENT is less than Forecasted due to [**], then the Price for the Activated PEG purchased by Savient shall be based on [**]. Upon adjustment, if necessary, either SAVIENT shall pay to NOF or NOF shall credit to SAVIENT, as applicable, the balance based on the said adjustment. Any amounts owing by SAVIENT to NOF pursuant to this provision shall be remitted within [**] days of the SAVIENT’s receipt of a reconciliation statement which sets forth in specific detail the amounts purchased by SAVIENT during the Year in question; any credits owing by NOF to SAVIENT shall be applied to [**]. Provided, however, that SAVIENT shall pay to NOF only such amount as corresponds with the amount of Activated PEG which is actually delivered to SAVIENT or SAVIENT’S designee pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Unit Price Work Work to be paid for on the basis of unit prices as defined and described in the Contract Documents. A percentage markup for overhead or profit shall be included in all unit prices.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Baseline For purposes of measuring a reduction in net tax revenue, the interim final rule measures actual changes in tax revenue relative to a revenue baseline (baseline).   • Economic Price Adjustment is the adjustment to the Aircraft Basic Price (Base Airframe, Engine and Special Features) as calculated pursuant to Exhibit D.

  • Unit Price Unless the bidder clearly indicates that the price is based on consideration of being awarded the entire lot and that an adjustment to the price was made based on receiving the entire bid, any difference between the unit price correctly extended and the total price shown for all items shall be offered shall be resolved in favor of the unit price.
