LNG Price definition

LNG Price means the ex-ship price of LNG in USD/mmBtu at the port where the LNG was retained, based upon composition of LNG at discharge (except for LNG supplied for cool down at a loading port, and for excess LNG boiled off on ballast leg, where the price will be based on the price charged by the terminal for cool down LNG).

  • Charterer is to be compensated at the LNG Price for excess Boil-Off where actual Boil-Off exceeds the Boil-Off Warranty in Clause 22.4(b).

  • Where, under this Agreement, either Contractor or Customer are required to pay for or reimburse the other Party for the value of LNG Heel or natural gas vapours, the transfer price shall be the ex-ship price for such LNG in USD per MMBtu, as stipulated in the applicable LNG purchase and sale agreement to which such LNG or natural gas vapours relate (the "LNG Price").

LNG Price for delivery and redelivery means the LNG price obtained at the last discharge prior to delivery or redelivery, priced in United States dollars per MMBTU and for all other purposes means the Xxxxx Hub spot natural gas price in United States dollars per MMBTU at close of business on the last Working Day of the previous calendar month to the incident as determined in this Time Charter Party.
LNG Price means United States Dollars per mmBtu DES price for LNG at the last port of discharge based upon the composition of LNG at discharge in the currency of the invoice.
LNG Price is defined in Clause 49.8.
LNG Price means the actual invoiced price paid (net of all discounts and rebates) for the relevant LNG provided to EE or Company, as the case may be, using the "last in first out" principle.
