Fuels, Lubricants & Service Fluids. Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 2, Contractor shall provide all necessary fuels, lubricants, catalysts, and service fluids required for all Equipment, except that Owner will supply Commissioning Feed Gas in accordance with Section 4.8 of the Agreement. Contractor shall provide suitable temporary storage of fuels, lubricants, and service fluids, including secondary containment where required.
