Monday through Friday Landlord shall have the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all safes and other heavy property brought into the Building and also the times and manner of moving the same in and out of the Building. Safes and other heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on supports of such thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such safe or property in any case. Any damage to any part of the Building, its contents, occupants or visitors by moving or maintaining any such safe or other property shall be the sole responsibility and expense of Tenant.
COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in Schedule A (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2016-17, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2018-19 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2018, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments. Qualifying Period If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position, then that employee shall be considered a qualifying employee in her new position for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. If a regular employee is promoted or transferred to a position either within or outside the certification and is found to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position. If a regular employee is promoted to a position, either within or outside the certification, and finds the position to be unsatisfactory, she shall be returned to her previously held position.
