Full Season Packages In order to reserve the Site for the entire season, CLIENT must pay to TAILGATE GUYS fifty percent (50%) of the Package Price immediately. If payment is not made within seven (7) days of the Effective Date, CLIENT may not be able to reserve the Site. The balance of the Package Price shall be due on the July 1 preceding the applicable football season. Time Clock All employees may be required to punch a time clock, including whenever they leave the building during normal working hours. All employees are entitled to at least a one-half hour lunch period. A time clock need not be punched for the lunch period.
Additional Shifts 32.1 The Employer is committed to maximising its permanent workforce in line with its occupancy levels. The Employer will always offer additional shifts in the first instance to its permanent part-time staff where practicable. It will then offer additional shifts to its casual or bank staff, where applicable.
Annual Close Down (i) The Employer may by two months’ notice in writing declare that the establishment, project or business shall observe a complete Christmas - New Year close down, such Employee shall be entitled to leave on a pro rata basis and such an Employee may be stood down for the duration of the close-down period, provided that any such Employee shall be paid for all public holidays occurring during the close-down period.
Time Clocks The Employer shall not add time clocks, unless the Union has been served notice and the Agency has engaged in discussions with the Union. During the term of this Agreement, upon request of either party, the parties agree to establish a joint Labor/Management Committee for the purpose of examining the impact of an automated State payroll system upon this Agreement and developing recommendations for the implementation of such a system.
Fall Semester The ITRC chair will facilitate the second year of the tenure review process for each probationary faculty member.
Afternoon Shift If a second shift is employed, the hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours of work between the hours of 4:30 P.M. and 12:30 A.M. for which eight (8) hours will be paid and a shift premium of sixty-one cents (61¢) shall be added on to the classified hourly rate.
Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.
Twelve Hour Shifts Employees shall be entitled, subject to exigencies of patient care and/or departmental requirements, to rest periods during the shift of a total of forty-five (45) minutes.
Rotating Shifts Nurses required to work rotating shifts (days, evenings and nights) shall be scheduled in such a way as to equitably as possible assign the rotation. This does not preclude a Nurse from being continuously assigned to an evening or night shift if the Nurse and the Employer mutually agree to such an arrangement.
