Full-Time and Part-Time Employment. Full-time employment 1. Full-time employment is where the individual number of working hours is longer than or equal to the normal number of working hours. 2. Part-time employment is where the agreed individual number of working hours is shorter than the normal number of working hours. 3. In the event of part-time employment, the provisions of this agreement and of the locally made agreements resulting from this agreement will, in principle, be applied on a pro rata basis, unless otherwise stipulated in the separate provisions.
