Full-time Employees Scheduled to Work on Statutory Holidays. An employee who is scheduled to work on a statutory holiday shall be paid: (a) One and one-half (1½) times plus the employee's regular wage for the time worked up to twelve (12) hours, and (b) Double time (x2) plus the employee's regular wage for any time worked over twelve (12) hours.
