Full‐Time – Part‐Time Lists at Intervals. The Employer shall prepare a seniority list of all full‐time employees and a seniority list of all part‐time employees covered by this agreement, specifying seniority of each employee by classification and department and as to full‐time or part‐time status. There shall be separate full‐time and part‐time seniority lists for each department in the residences. Each employee shall be assigned a seniority date by classification within each department (e.g., Nursing Assistant, Nursing Department). Such lists shall be revised monthly and placed upon department and general bulletin boards on a monthly basis and a copy emailed to SEIU Healthcare Minnesota at the same time. Within fifteen (15) days after posting, employees may file with the Employer written objections to such list or lists and a copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Union. Twenty (20) days after posting, such list shall become permanent unless objection in writing is given to the Employer by the Union.
