Common use of Full-Time Term Employee Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Term Employee. The Employee's terms of employment are as in (a) above except that the scheduled work year is less than twelve months, with a recurring scheduled lay off without pay during the balance of each calendar year. These Employees shall be entitled to the benefits during their period of lay off.

Full-Time Term Employee. The Employee's terms of employment are as in (a) Article 4:01 above except that the scheduled work year is less than twelve (12) months, with a recurring scheduled lay off without pay during the balance of each calendar year. These Employees employees shall be entitled to the benefits during their period of lay off.
