Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
Unit Member Any employee of the Board of Education who is a member of the unit, including substitutes and home and hospital teachers.
Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.
Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.
Full-time Nurses 10.01 (a) The following shall be recognized as paid holidays with respect to permanent full-time nurses who have completed thirty (30) calendar days or more continuous service: New Year’s Day Civic Holiday Family Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day
Full-Time Union Leave Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Company will grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union position. It is understood that not more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Seniority and service shall accumulate during the full term of such leave.
Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.
Full-Time Faculty a) Prior to the evaluation of a full-time faculty member, the first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the criteria, procedures, and timelines (including classroom visits and non-classroom observations) for the evaluation.
Unit Members Whenever used in this Agreement, the term “Employee” shall mean all classroom teachers (pre- K-12), counselors, librarians (and/or their successor job title and/or classification), psychologists, social workers, home and hospital teachers, department heads, master teachers, academic coaches, instructional associates, instructional support teachers, educational associates, speech/language speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, facilitators, consulting teachers, IEP Team Associates, pupil personnel worker, teacher – mentor, teacher – staff developer, and art, music and physical education resource teachers.
