Common use of Full-Time Vacation Calculation Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Vacation Calculation. The Vacation year shall be January 1st to December 31st. Vacation shall be calculated to and in recognition of service ending with a cut-off date of December 31st each year and such employee shall become entitled to his or her first vacation not exceeding two (2) weeks on January 1st in the calendar year next following date of hire. On each January 1st thereafter said employee shall become entitled to a regular annual vacation.
