FUND PURPOSE. The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to recommend charitable grants approved by the Foundation as consistent with the needs of the community served by the Foundation that further the charitable purposes of the community within the meaning of Code section 170(c)(1) or 170(c)(2)(B) and are consistent with the mission and charitable or other exempt purposes of the Foundation.
FUND PURPOSE. 3.0 The fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose(s) herein set forth and will be administered under the following terms.

The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide support for social justice organizations and in particular to those organizations who meet the criteria set forth in Schedule A of this Agreement. All support provided from the Fund shall further the exempt purposes of MRG within the meaning of IRC §501(c)(3) and shall be consistent with the mission and purposes of MRG.
FUND PURPOSE. Distributions will be made from the Xxxxxxxxxx Fund in accordance with the policies and practices of the University (such distributions hereinafter referenced as the “Income”). The Income of the Xxxxxxxxxx Fund shall be used to create a xxxx’x chair in the School of Data Science and to support the future salary and priorities of the Xxxx of the School of Data Science at the University of Virginia. The xxxx’x chair will be held by the Xxxx throughout his/her tenure as Xxxx of the School of Data Science.

The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide support for social justice organizations and in particular to those organizations who meet the criteria set forth in Schedule A of this Agreement. All support provided from the Fund shall further the exempt purposes of Seeding Justice within the meaning of IRC §501(c)(3) and shall be consistent with the mission and purposes of Seeding Justice.

The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide support to (the “Beneficiary Charity”) (a single tax-exempt not-for-profit organization described in Code sections 501(c)(3) and either 509(a)(1), 509(a)(2), or 509(a)(3)), and its successors in interest to carry out its role and mission as described by its governing documents. Such support shall be used to further the charitable or other exempt purposes of the Designated Agency within the meaning of Code section 170(c)(1) or 170(c)(2)(B) and shall be consistent with the mission and purposes of the Foundation.
FUND PURPOSE. 3.0 The fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose(s) herein set forth. The purpose of the fund is to support the University by providing scholarship support for University students enrolled in the University’s [“School”] [“College”] to be administered under the following terms.
FUND PURPOSE. The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide grant awards in support of [SPECIFY BROAD AREA OF INTEREST(S)] as further defined in the Fund’s Guidelines, attached and made a part of this Agreement.
FUND PURPOSE. The Fund will be used to provide endowed support for a Chair which will be awarded to a tenured professor engaged in climate change research, the “Chancellor’s Chair.” It is the Donors’ preference that the research of the faculty member selected to hold the chair be focused on climate change mitigation and on solutions-oriented approaches, which may include, but are not limited to: policy and economic interventions; societal/behavioral changes; technology innovation or adoption; innovations in biological systems; or nature-based solutions in marine systems or natural, working, or agricultural lands. Interdisciplinary scholarship will also be a high priority. The Donors especially wish that the first incumbent faculty member’s research strives to help our society avoid or reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by human activities, or remove greenhouse gasses from the atmosphere, thus reducing their contributions to climate change. Due to the urgency of the climate crisis, the Donors also hope that this first incumbent scholar’s field of study shows promise of having impact within 10 years after this chair is established.
