FUND PURPOSE. The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to recommend charitable grants approved by the Foundation as consistent with the needs of the community served by the Foundation that further the charitable purposes of the community within the meaning of Code section 170(c)(1) or 170(c)(2)(B) and are consistent with the mission and charitable or other exempt purposes of the Foundation.

FUND PURPOSE. The primary purpose of the Fund shall be to provide financial support for the arts, academic, career/technical, counseling, and library programs at Anniston High School in Anniston, Alabama (the "Beneficiary Charity"), (a single tax-exempt not-for-profit organization described in Code sections 501(c)(3) and either 509(a)(1), 509(a)(2), or 509(a)(3)), and its successors in interest to carry out its role and mission as described by its governing documents. Furthermore, the funds can be used to purchase books, workbooks, supplies, educational/counseling games, computers, iPads, other technology, hardware, and software. Funds can also be used to provide tutoring for students in the academic areas or tutoring in preparation for students to take college admission tests. Physical education and sports are expressly excluded from receiving funds from this endowment. Such support shall be used to further the charitable or other exempt purposes of the Beneficiary Charity within the meaning of Code section 170(c)(1) or 170(c)(2)(B) and shall be consistent with the mission and purposes of the Foundation.
