Funding from Other Sources. At all times during the Project Period, the Recipient must inform the City promptly, in writing, of any additional revenue to be received for the Project other than those listed in “Schedule A”.
Funding from Other Sources. You must immediately advise Council of any changes to financial resources and arrangements connected with the project.
Funding from Other Sources. 3.3.1 Where the total amount of funding provided to the Recipient for a program, service or activity under this Schedule exceeds $100,000, the Recipient warrants that it has declared in writing to the DIAND official to whom notices must be sent under section 14.4 of the main body of this Agreement the amounts and the sources of funding it has received or that it expects to receive from any federal, provincial, territorial or municipal government source other than DIAND for that program, service or activity and will promptly notify that DIAND official in writing of any further such funding that it receives or expects to receive after signing this Agreement.
3.3.2 DIAND may require the Recipient, at any time, to reimburse to DIAND any amounts referred to in subsection 3.3.1, in whole or in part, that in the aggregate, do not exceed the total amount of funding provided under this Schedule for that program, service or activity.
Funding from Other Sources. The Beneficiary declares that identical costs are covered from one source only. Therefore grants may not be used to cover identical costs already supported by other European Community programmes
Funding from Other Sources. CMAP may, during the course of this Agreement, receive supplemental funds from other sources, including but not limited to fundraising activities.

Funding from Other Sources. The Annual Federal Amount will not be reduced if the FNHA obtains from other sources, including British Columbia or other federal government departments, additional funding for any of the FN Health Programs. The FNHA will in such cases use the related funding from the Annual Federal Amount as originally intended to enhance the programs or services in question or it may invest this amount in other FN Health Programs.
Funding from Other Sources. OPERATOR may, during the course of this Agreement, receive supplemental funds from other sources, including, but not limited to fundraising activities. Equipment purchased with funding from sources other than the franchise fee under the Town’s Renewal License with Comcast shall not be subject to the terms of Article 8B hereof.
Funding from Other Sources. CMCM may, during the course of this Agreement, receive supplemental funds from other sources, including but not limited to fundraising activities. CMCM shall use its best efforts to obtain funding from other sources, including but not limited to grants and sponsorships.
Funding from Other Sources. 5.1 The Recipient covenants that the Project has not, and will not, receive any financial incentives, funding, subsidies, grants or other monies as, either directly or indirectly, from: a) the Government of Alberta’s Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction (TIER) Regulation; b) the repealed Climate Leadership Act; c) or under any of the Government of Canada’s Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change programs (the “Non-Permitted Funding Sources”).
5.2 Apart from Non-Permitted Funding Sources, the Recipient may receive financial incentives, funding, subsidies, grants or other monies provided the amounts and sources are set out in Schedule A. In all circumstances, total funding from all sources is not to exceed 100% of costs for any Eligible Expense.
