FURTHER FLEXIBILITIES. In addition to the workplace flexibilities already agreed to herein, it is further agreed that, prior to this Agreement being submitted to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission for certification, the parties may identify, and agree upon, no more than three additional workplace efficiency and flexibility provisions to apply in respect of the enterprise covered by this Agreement.

FURTHER FLEXIBILITIES. 3.9.7.1 The parties recognise that there are further opportunities to create a more flexible work environment that produces better outcomes and efficiencies for the employees and the Corporation. It is the intention of the Parties to establish a Working Party within three (3) months of certification of this Agreement, with the aim of completing the review by 31 December, 2012.

  • Flexibility (a) The Employer and an Employee covered by this Agreement may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary the effect of terms of the Agreement if:
