Future Contract Terms. On an ongoing basis, the parties shall cooperatively work together to create language for each succeeding Annual Performance Agreement in keeping with the terms of the Structural Agreement regarding establishing goals and measurable objectives for OCF’s commitment to arts, educational and community programming, including free or reduced cost programs and educational outreach, and addressing within its annual report the results of its efforts, including identifying, adding to or modifying the performance terms in 2.(f) herein. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Structural Agreement and this Agreement, and recognizing that the Grant provides support for all aspects of operations and capital expenditures, OCF will identify the impact of the City's Grant on arts, educational and community programming, the number of Madison citizens and artists involved in OCF programs, goals for reaching underserved populations of participants and artists, and allocating resources among the goals.

Future Contract Terms. The parties shall cooperatively work together to create language for the 2015-2016 Annual Performance Agreement in keeping with the terms of the Structural Agreement regarding establishing goals and measurable objectives for OCF’s commitment to arts, educational and community programming, including free or reduced cost programs and educational outreach, and addressing within its annual report the results of its efforts, including identifying, adding to or modifying the performance terms in 2.(g) herein. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Structural Agreement and this Agreement, and recognizing that the grant provides support for all aspects of operations and capital expenditures, OCF will reasonably attempt to identify that portion of the City's subsidy that went towards arts, educational and community programming, the number of Madison citizens and artists involved in OCF programs, goals for reaching underserved populations of participants and artists, and allocating resources among the goals. The City and OCF will discuss during 2015-2016 the feasibility of restricting a portion of the grant from the City to be designated for certain uses.

  • Contract Terms The contract term will be one (1) year, effective from date of award. The City and the Supplier shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. The contract shall commence upon the issuance of a Notice of Award by the City of Xxxxxx and shall automatically renew each year, from the date of award by City Council, unless either party notifies the other prior to the scheduled renewal date. At the sole option of the City of Xxxxxx, the contract may be further extended as needed, not to exceed a total of six (6) months.

  • Delivery Terms All products sent to Customer shall be sent EX Works (EXW) or FCA the Company’s facility in El Cajon, CA, and in domestic packing. Customer will bear and pay for all taxes of any nature imposed prior to, at the time of, or after delivery to, the carrier at the EXW or FCA point. Customer shall also bear and pay for all charges for freight, shipping, consular fees, customs duties, and all costs and charges.

  • Contract Term The Contract end date, wherever such reference appears in the Contract, shall be changed from June 18, 2020 to June 18, 2021. The Contract Term may be renewed for one additional one-year period at the discretion of the State. Child Support (Applicable to natural persons only; not applicable to corporations, partnerships or LLCs). Contractor is under no obligation to pay child support or is in good standing with respect to or in full compliance with a plan to pay any and all child support payable under a support order as of the date of this amendment.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 16.1 This Article is intended to define the normal hours of work per day or per week in effect at the time of execution of this Agreement. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as preventing the Employer from restructuring the normal work day or work week for the purpose of promoting efficiency or improving services; from establishing the work schedules of employees; or establishing part-time positions. This Article is intended to be used as the basis for computing overtime. 16.2 The work week shall be computed between 12:01 a.m. on Sunday of each calendar week and at 12 o'clock midnight the following Saturday. 16.3 When an employee is required by the Employer to work for more than forty (40) hours in a calendar week, he shall be paid overtime pay for all time worked in excess of the forty (40) hours. Overtime pay shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular hourly rate of pay, which includes Annual Leave, Extended Leave or holidays taken in the forty (40) hour week only in their normal job classification. 16.4 Whenever an employee is called to work at a time other than his regular work schedule, thereby necessitating additional travel to and from work, he shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of pay at the straight time or overtime rate, whichever is appropriate, in accordance with the other articles of the Agreement. 16.5 Based on the needs of the Washington County Board of DD, full-time permanent employees may be given the opportunity to volunteer during the summer months to work a four (4) day, ten (10) hours per day work week, scheduled either as a Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday as approved by the department’s supervisor or Superintendent. When two or more employees work in the same department, the schedules will be staggered so that each day of the work week is covered. The Employee with the most seniority will be given priority as to days worked. Holiday pay will be given for the number of hours the Employee works without a modified summer schedule, not to exceed eight (8) hours. The Employee will be expected to use Annual Leave for the remaining hours or make up the hours throughout the remainder of the current week. 16.6 Employees who work on Sunday shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular hourly rate. 16.7 There shall be no pyramiding of overtime or premium pay under any provisions of this Agreement. 16.8 Full time status with the Washington County Board of Developmental Disabilities is 30 or more hours per week, exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour lunch period.

  • Flexible Work Schedules An employee may request a modification of their current work schedule to another schedule. The Employer, or its designees, may approve or deny flexible work schedules and retain the responsibility for determining exemptions from, or terminations of, flexible work schedules which adversely affect the operation of the Minnesota Judicial Branch or the level of service to the public.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.
