Future Eligibility Clause Samples

The Future Eligibility clause defines the conditions under which a party may qualify for certain rights, benefits, or participation in the future. Typically, this clause outlines specific criteria or milestones that must be met before eligibility is granted, such as achieving performance targets, maintaining compliance, or reaching a particular date. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations and requirements for future participation or access, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring that only qualified parties receive the intended benefits.
