Future ESA Section 7 Consultations. To the extent allowed under law, the Parties intend that the measures adopted to meet regulatory standards included in the NCCP/HCP, once approved by USFWS, will serve as the range of measures to be incorporated into biological opinions associated with future section 7 consultations between USFWS and a federal action agency regarding Covered Activities that may adversely affect listed Covered Species or that may result in the destruction or adverse modification of critical habitat.
