G overning Law. (a) THE VALIDITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL AMENDMENTS HERETO WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE RIGHTS OF ALL PARTIES HERETO AND THE EFFECT OF EVERY PROVISION HEREOF WILL BE SUBJECT TO AND CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY OTHERWISE APPLICABLE PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAW (OTHER THAN SECTION 5-1401 OF THE NEW YORK GENERAL OBLIGATIONS LAW).
G overning Law. The Agreement will be governed by the laws of the country of HP or the HP Affiliate accepting the Order or executing an LCPA or SOW, and the courts of that locale will have jurisdiction, however, HP or its Affiliate may, bring suit for payment in the country where the Customer Affiliate that placed the Order or executed an LCPA or SOW is located. Customer and HP agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply. Claims arising or raised in the United States will be governed by the laws of the state where Customer US Affiliate is headquartered, excluding rules as to choice and conflict of law.
G overning Law. The General Terms and the Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, the conflict of laws rules must be disregarded to the extent that such rules are non-mandatory. Schedule 1 Service Fee General Provisions
G overning Law. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL IN ALL RESPECTS BE CONSTRUED UNDER AND GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CONFLICT OR CHOICE OF LAW RULES OF SUCH STATE, AND THE FEDERAL LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES, AS APPLICABLE.
G overning Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
G overning Law. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
G overning Law. That the rights and obligations of the parties under or arising out of this Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Act and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder including other applicable laws of India for the time being in force.
G overning Law. This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
G overning Law. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
G overning Law. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted under the substantive laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
