Special Accommodations Any person requiring a special accommodation due to a disability should contact the Department’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, at (000) 000-0000. Travel and Per Diem Any reimbursement for necessary travel and per diem shall be at rates not to exceed those set by the California Department of Human Resources. These rates may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xxx/employees/Pages/travel-reimbursements.aspx. Reimbursement will be at the State travel and per diem amounts that are current as of the date costs are incurred by the Grantee. No travel outside the State of California shall be reimbursed unless prior written authorization is obtained from the Grant Manager.
Travel Advances The University will, to the extent permitted by State law and rule, provide travel advances, upon request, of up to eighty (80) percent of budgeted expenses for authorized travel of longer than five (5) consecutive days.
Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.
Accommodations Clean accommodations will be provided for employees to have their meals and keep their clothes.
Line of Credit Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank hereby agrees to make advances to Borrower from time to time up to and including April 2, 2015, not to exceed at any time the aggregate principal amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) (“Line of Credit”), the proceeds of which shall be used to finance Borrower’s working capital requirements. Travel Advance Regular employees not covered by a work party advance, and who are required to proceed on travel status, shall be provided with an adequate travel advance. The amount of advance will be determined by such factors as time away from headquarters and the frequency of reimbursement.

If Tenant discloses a disability and requests an accommodation, Landlord has the right to have a qualified healthcare provider verify the disability if the disability is not readily apparent, and Landlord has the right to use the qualified healthcare provider verifying the disability as a resource for providing the reasonable accommodation.
Course Curriculum, Instruction, and Grading X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies as the courses outlined in the Hill College catalog.
