GED and On-Line Programs. The School’s educational program as contained in the application and currently operated and as reviewed by the District does not include an on-line program pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000 et seq., or a GED and the School is accordingly prohibited from offering such online or GED programs.

GED and On-Line Programs. The School’s educational program, as described in the Renewal Application and currently operated and as reviewed by the District, does not include an on‐line program pursuant to C.R.S. §22‐30.7‐101 et seq., or a GED program. The School is accordingly prohibited from offering such online or GED programs, except as may be required to be in compliance with a national, state, or local health order. This section shall not prohibit remote education, if any, provided by the School with District approval as a temporary expedient in response to: a declared emergency, in the event the School facility is temporarily unusable, or to provide learning access to a student who is temporarily unable to attend school.
GED and On-Line Programs. The School’s educational program as contained in the Renewal Application and currently operated and as reviewed by the District does not include an on-line program pursuant to C.R.S. §22-30.7-101 et seq., or a GED program and the School is accordingly prohibited from offering such online or GED programs. During any period in which the School facility is closed, whether due to a federal, state or local disaster or public health order or other circumstances requiring building closure, the School may use online or other distance learning methods to continue instruction until such time as return to instruction in the facility at normal capacity is permitted by law. The Contract is amended by the addition of a new section, as follows:

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”
