Public Health Order definition

Public Health Order means an order made by the Minister for Health and Medical Research under section 7 of the Public Health Act 2010 (NSW), as amended, updated, replaced or superseded.
Public Health Order means an order, declaration, direction or notice issued by an Authority in accordance with public health legislation or regulations, including under any delegated authority relating to the same.
Public Health Order means any applicable order or direction issued on behalf of a government body regarding COVID-19 (including any orders or directions issued by the Federal, State and Territory governments in Australia), as amended from time to time.

Public Health Order or "order" shall mean a public health
Public Health Order means any current order related to COVID-19 issued by the County Public Health Officer, the State Public Health Officer, or a federal agency; any federal, state, or local guidance or directives issued by the federal, State, or County Public Health Officer containing mandatory, binding, or enforceable obligations applicable to the public; or any site- or industry-specific protocols required by federal, state, or local jurisdictions.
