Extra Duties The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.
Specific Duties Manager’s duties include the following:
Executive Duties During and after Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall, without additional compensation: (i) promptly disclose to the Company any Employee Development, specifically identifying any inventions, improvements or other portions of the Employee Development that are potential patentable or susceptible to protection as a trade secret; (ii) execute and deliver any and all applications, assignments, documents, and other instruments that the Company shall deem necessary to protect the right, title and interest of the Company or its designee in or to any Employee Development; (iii) reasonably cooperate and assist in providing information for making and completing regulatory and other filings in connection with any Employee Development; (iv) reasonably cooperate and assist in providing information for or participating in any action, threatened action, or considered action relating to any Employee Development; and (v) take any and all other actions as the Company may otherwise require with respect to any Employee Development.
Typical Duties Measures distance points from reference points and marks guidelines on working surface to lay out work. • Determines vertical and horizontal alignment of courses using xxxxx xxx, gauge line (tightly stretched cord) and level. • Spreads soft layer of mortar that serves as base and binder for brick or block using trowel. • Breaks or cut bricks or blocks to size, using power or hand tools. • Shapes stone preparatory to setting, using a chisel hammer and other shaping tools. • Applies mortar to end of brick or block and positions same in mortar bed. • Spreads mortar over stone and foundation with trowel and sets stone in place by hand or with aid of a crane. • Removes excess mortar from face using trowel. • Taps brick or block with trowel to level, align and embed in mortar, allowing for specified thickness of joint. • Aligns stone with plumb line and finishes joints between stone with a pointing trowel. • Fastens brick, block, or terra cotta veneer to face of buildings or structures with appropriate ties embedded in mortar between units or in anchor holes in units. • Grouts, insulates, and places all reinforcing rods, anchors, and flashing in masonry walls. • Lays refractory brick, block, and insulation in place by spreading, dipping, or spraying materials to build furnaces, line boilers or like fire resistant structures. • Finishes mortar between brick and block with pointing tool or trowel. • Points, cleans, caulks and waterproofs masonry. • Cleans excess mortar or grout from surface of stone using sponge, brush, water, or acid. Licensee’s Responsibilities Licensee will be responsible for any and all damage to or relocation of existing facilities. Further, Licensee shall reimburse the City for all costs of replacing or repairing any property of the City, or of others, that is damaged by or on behalf of Licensee as a result of activities under this Agreement.
Job Duties It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described and employees may be required to perform other job-related duties not specifically contained in the job description; however, employees required to perform such duties shall be qualified for the work to be performed.
Licensee Responsibilities Licensee is responsible for Licensee’s Users’ compliance with this Agreement. Licensee is responsible for all of Licensee’s uses and accounts. Licensee will be responsible for maintaining the security of Licensee’s accounts, passwords and files. Licensee and Users cannot share Licensee’s accounts or passwords or allow any third party to use Licensee’s accounts or passwords. Licensee will exercise reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use of the Software.
Devotion to Duties While you are employed hereunder, you will use your best efforts, skills and abilities to perform faithfully all duties assigned to you pursuant to this Agreement and will devote your full business time and energies to the business and affairs of the Company. While you are employed hereunder, you will not undertake any other employment from any person or entity without the prior written consent of the Company.
Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.
Your Duties Any data, information or message transmitted to you through the System, the Platform or otherwise is confidential and intended for the sole use of the intended recipient. If you are not the intended recipient, you should immediately notify us and delete or destroy such data, information or message, including all copies thereof.
