General Approach to MCS. RFP Attachment C, Section IV.E We will utilize our MAXIMUS Consulting Methodology, shown in Exhibit 2.1-1: MAXIMUS Consulting Methodology as the framework for our approach to the requested scope of work for each task order released under the STC. Our approach is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate unique client needs, while providing a disciplined structure for planning, organizing, and directing service delivery. Within this framework, we are able to provide specific granular methodologies based on the task at hand. Exhibit 2.1-1: MAXIMUS Consulting Methodology. Our methodology provides a structured approach to management consulting assignments with flexibility to insert more granular tasks and steps depending on the requirements of our customer.   • General Approach The parties will strive to achieve on-going performance improvement. They will follow a proactive, collaborative and responsive approach to performance management and improvement. Either party may request a meeting at any time. The parties will use their best efforts to meet as soon as possible following a request.
