GENERAL CLOTHING. The Employer safety equipment and protective clothing sufficient to the employee from injury to all employees who are required to perform duties where hazards exist. Where the Employer such equipment or clothing, it must be used or worn by the employee, however that it recognizedthat there may be during an employee's when the use or wear of such equipment or clothing may be unnecessary to the employee's safety or well-being. UNIFORMS AND PROTECTIVECLOTHING Such equipment or clothing will be provided on the following basis: Helmets, (non-prescription), and Safety will be providedto ell employees as required by the natureof the work First-Aid The Employer shall in accordance with regulations under the Workplace Safety Insurance Act, in all work locations and as as any other areas as may be under the Workplace Safety Insurance Act. Coveralls (with where needed) be to and maintenance at the Long Term Care and will be by the Employer. Protective gloves be available as to provide appropriate protection dangerous materials, chemicals, paint or gloves appropriate to protect against Infection be providedas needed to nursingstaff. Employees protective gloves will be Gloves' by the Employer. New gloves will be Issued on surrender of gloves. An allowance of per year be granted to all employees, Including new required by the Employer to wear special footwear, other than safety boots, appropriate to their duties.
