General Duty. Each Party (the "Receiving Party") will hold the Information disclosed to it by the other Party (the "Disclosing Party") in strict confidence and shall not, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party, use, publish or disclose to any person, nor cause or permit any of his employees, servants or agents to use, publish or disclose such Information, except as necessary for the performance of the Receiving Party's duty under the Agreement or as otherwise permitted by the Agreement. However, the Purchaser shall be entitled to disclose the Information to its joint venture partner(s), contractors, professional advisers and prospective commercial lenders as necessary for the development of the project to which the Goods and Services relate.
