Common use of General Experience Clause in Contracts

General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: - (a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - KShs. 500,000,000/-. (b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: - (a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - KShs. 500,000,000/-. (b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) one road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

(b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road oneroad maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

(b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: - (a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - KShs. 500,000,000/-50,000,000/-. (b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three two (32) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: - (a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - KShs. 500,000,000/-150,000,000/-. (b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

(b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

(b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.
