General Grievance Procedure. Whenever possible, faculty are encouraged to discuss freely any problems or misunderstandings with concerned parties as they arise in an effort to avoid the necessity of activating the Grievance Procedures. A conscientious effort will be made to redress through this process and resolve difficulties at the lowest level possible.
