General Maintenance Policies.  All wheelchair lift-related equipment shall be inspected, serviced and lubricated at intervals necessary to ensure that the wheelchair lifts are fully operational whenever the vehicle is used in revenue service.  Brake inspections and adjustments shall be performed at intervals that ensure the safe and efficient operation of the braking system.  All components of the vehicle bodies, appurtenances, and frames shall be maintained in a safe, sound and undamaged condition at all times. Damage (including body, glass, and all appurtenances) shall be repaired in a professional manner within three weeks (21 calendar days) of occurrences.  All mechanical, electrical, fluid, air, and/or hydraulic systems shall be maintained in a safe and fully functional, as designed, condition at all times.  The interior passenger compartment shall be free of exhaust fumes from the engine, engine compartment, and exhaust system of the vehicle.  Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems shall be maintained and used to ensure that the passenger compartment temperature is comfortably maintained under all climatic conditions at all times on all in-service hours. CONTRACTOR shall maintain the A/C systems in an operable condition throughout the entire year.  All parts, materials, tires, lubricants, fluids, oils and procedures used by CONTRACTOR on all PVTA and City of Claremont vehicles and equipment shall meet or exceed OEM Specifications and requirements.

  • General Maintenance The LLC will establish and maintain a Capital Account for each Member. A Member’s Capital Account balance (“Capital Account Balance”) will be:

  • Operations and Maintenance Pursuant to Section 10.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall pay the reasonable expenses (including overheads) for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and incremental operating and maintenance expenses incurred in association with System Upgrade Facilities, if and to the extent provided for under Attachment S. For Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, such expenses are calculated as follows:

Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.
