General Paid Holiday Falling During a Vacation Period. If a General Paid Holiday(s), as set out in Article 21, falls within an employee’s annual vacation period such employee shall be entitled to an additional day(s) of vacation with pay on what would have been the first day(s) the employee would have worked after his/her annual vacation or any other day, providing either is mutually agreed to in advance, by the Company and the employee.
