General Terms of Appointment. 4.1 The Company gives no undertaking regarding the extent to which it will place orders with the Supplier to supply the Products and provide the Services in terms of this Agreement, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any exclusivity or restraint between the Company and the Supplier in respect of the supply of the Products and the provision of the Services by the Supplier.
