GENERATOR UNDERTAKINGS. 12.1 Condition 30.1 of the Conditions shall be amended by the addition of a new Condition 30.1(H) as follows:

GENERATOR UNDERTAKINGS. INFORMATION PROVISION AND NO CUMULATION OF STATE AID (A) The words “and each UJV Party” shall be added after first reference to “Generator” in Condition 32.1(I). the word “it,” shall be inserted after “received by”. In the third line of Condition 32.5(A) the words “any UJV Party,” shall be inserted after the Generator. In the fourth line of Condition 32.5(B)(i) the words “any UJV Party” shall be inserted after the reference to Generator. In the fourth line of Condition 32.5(C) the words “any UJV Party,” shall be inserted after the reference to Generator. In the first line of Condition 32.6 the reference to “the Generator” shall be deleted and replaced with “a UJV Party” and the words “the Generator” shall be inserted after “or”. In Condition 32.6(A) the words “or UJV Party” shall be inserted after the second reference to “the Generator”.
