Geographic Extent of Covenant. The obligations of Executive under Section 10.1 shall apply to any geographic area in which the Company: (a) has engaged in business during the term of this agreement through production, promotional, sales or marketing activity, or otherwise, or (b) has otherwise established its goodwill, business reputation, or any customer or supplier relations.
Geographic Extent of Covenant. The obligations of the Employee under section 7(a) shall apply to any geographic area in which the Company (i) has engaged in business during the term of this Agreement through production, promotional, sales or marketing activity, or otherwise, or (ii) has otherwise established its goodwill, business reputation or any other customer or supplier relations.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Employee is terminated pursuant to Section 7.01 (e) or (f) the obligations of Employee under Section 6.01 shall apply to any site located within one hundred (100) miles of any location where the Company or any of the Affiliates sells, repairs or services recreational vehicles or parts and accessories for recreational during the Term or, if applicable, the Non-Compete Period.
Geographic Extent of Covenant. The obligations of Founder under Section 6.1 of this Agreement shall apply to any geographic area in which the Company: (a) has engaged in business during the term of this Agreement through conducting research, production, promotional, sales, marketing, or other business activity, or (b) has established any customer or supplier relationships, goodwill, or business reputation.

Seller hereby acknowledges that the geographic boundaries, scope of prohibited activities and the time duration of the provisions of this Section 1 are reasonable and are no broader than are necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Buyer including, without limitation, the ability of the Buyer to realize the benefit of its bargain and enjoy the goodwill of the Company.
Geographic Extent of Covenant. My obligations under Section 2 shall apply to: (i) any geographic area in which, or as to which, I performed services for Nanosphere; (ii) any geographic area in which Nanosphere has engaged in or has directed its business prior to the cessation of my employment through the presence of its offices, laboratories or research facilities, the providing of its services, conduct of its development, promotional, sales or marketing activities or otherwise; or (iii) any geographic area in which Nanosphere has otherwise established its goodwill, business reputation, or customer relationships. I acknowledge that my duties relate to Nanosphere’s technology, on which Nanosphere’s entire business is based, and consequently, that the geographic scope of my duties will extend across the geographic area in which Nanosphere does, or directs, its business.
Geographic Extent of Covenant. The obligations of the Shareholder under this Section 5.06 shall apply to any geographic area in which the Company or Buyer (i) is engaged in business on the Closing Date through the sale of its goods, provision of its services, promotional, sales or marketing activity or otherwise or (ii) has otherwise established its goodwill, business reputation or any customer or supplier relations.
