GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. 3:01 The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as having Jurisdiction over all Employees referred to in this Agreement, as the sole agent for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment, for the Employees who are members and those Employees who are eligible for membership in the Union.
