GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the production of Interactive Material in the United States, its territories and possessions, and to any Performer employed by the Employer in the United States for work to be performed anywhere else in the world. The foregoing shall include when negotiations are carried out in the United States by a Performer’s representative when the Performer is temporarily abroad.
