Gift to Public Servant. Outside Counsel warrants that it has not given, nor does it intend to give at any time hereafter, any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with the award of this OCC.
Gift to Public Servant. City may terminate this Contract immediately if Consultant has offered, or agreed to confer any benefit upon a City employee or official that the City employee or official is prohibited by law from accepting.

B. For purposes of this section, "benefit" means anything reasonably regarded as pecuniary gain or pecuniary advantage, including benefit to any other person in whose welfare the beneficiary hasa direct or substantial interest, but does not include a contribution or expenditure made and reported in accordance with law.
C. Notwithstanding any other legal remedies, City may require District to remove any employee of District from the project who has violated the restrictions of this section or any similar state or federal law, and obtain reimbursement for any expenditures made as a result of the improper offer, agreement to confer, or conferring of a benefit to a City employee or official.
Gift to Public Servant. 1. City may terminate this Contract immediately if Contractor has offered, conferred, or agreed to confer any benefit upon a City of Buckeye employee or official that the City of Buckeye employee or official is prohibited by law from accepting.
2. For purposes of this section, "benefit" means anything reasonably regarded as pecuniary gain or pecuniary advantage, including benefit to any other person in whose welfare the beneficiary has a direct or substantial interest, but does not include a contribution or expenditure made and reported in accordance with law.
3. Notwithstanding any other legal remedies, City may require Contractor to remove any employee of Contractor from the Project who has violated the restrictions of this section or any similar state or federal law, and obtain reimbursement for any expenditures made to Contractor as a result of the improper offer, agreement to confer, or conferring of a benefit to a City employee or official.
Gift to Public Servant. The Company shall not, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its contractors and agents to not, offer, or agree to confer any benefit upon a City employee or official that the City employee or official is prohibited by law from accepting.
Gift to Public Servant. Grantee warrants that Grantee has not given, nor does Grantee intend to give, at any time hereafter, any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with the award of this Grant Agreement.

CONTRACTOR warrants that it has not given, offered to give, nor does it intend to give, at any time hereafter, any economic oppo1tunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with the RFP or the Agreement. 20.1. CONTRACTOR will be required to comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
21.1. CONTRACTOR is required to comply with all requirements imposed by Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 (49 U.S.C. Section 2000d), the regulations of DOT issued hereunder (49 C.F.R. part 21), and the assurances by CAPCOG thereto.
Gift to Public Servant. (A) Owner may terminate this Contract immediately if Design/Builder has offered, conferred, or agreed to confer any benefit upon a City of Dallas employee or official that the City of Dallas employee or official is prohibited by law from accepting.
(B) For purposes of this section, “benefit” means anything reasonably regarded as pecuniary gain or pecuniary advantage, including benefit to any other person in whose welfare the beneficiary has a direct or substantial interest, but does not include a contribution or expenditure made and reported in accordance with law.
(C) Notwithstanding any other legal remedies, Owner may require Design/Builder to remove any employee of Design/Builder from the Project who has violated the restrictions of this section or any similar state or federal law, and obtain reimbursement for any expenditures made to Design/Builder as a result of the improper offer, agreement to confer, or conferring of a benefit to a City employee or official.
Gift to Public Servant. (A) Owner may terminate this Contract immediately if Design/Builder has offered, conferred, or agreed to confer any benefit upon an employee or official of the Yuma County Airport Authority.
(B) For purposes of this section, “benefit” means anything reasonably regarded as pecuniary gain or pecuniary advantage, including benefit to any other person in whose welfare the beneficiary has a direct or substantial interest, but does not include a contribution or expenditure made and reported in accordance with law.
Gift to Public Servant. 19.1 City may terminate this Contract immediately if Architect has offered, conferred or agreed to confer any benefit upon a City employee or official that the City employee or official is prohibited by law from accepting.
19.2 For purposes of this Article, "benefit" means anything reasonably regarded as pecuniary gain or pecuniary advantage, including benefit to any other person in whose welfare the beneficiary has a direct or substantial interest, but does not include a contribution or expenditure made and reported in accordance with law.
