Gift to Public Servant. Outside Counsel warrants that it has not given, nor does it intend to give at any time hereafter, any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with the award of this OCC.

Notwithstanding any other legal remedies, the City may require District to remove any employee of District from the project described herein, who has violated the restrictions of this section or any similar state or federal law, and obtain reimbursement for any expenditures made to District as a result of the improper offer, agreement to confer, or conferring of a benefit to a City employee or official.

Notwithstanding any other legal remedies, City may require Grantee to remove any employee of Grantee from the Project who has violated the restrictions of this section or any similar state or federal law, and obtain reimbursement for any expenditures made as a result of the improper offer, agreement to confer, or conferring of a benefit to a City employee or official.

From the date of execution, and until six (6) months after the conclusion of any lease, agreement or legal relationship between the parties, the Company, its principals, contractors and legal representatives shall not make political contributions to, or political expenditures on behalf of, any sitting member of the Irving City Council, candidate for a seat on the Irving City Council, or any person with the first degree of consanguinity or affinity of any such council member or candidate.
