Gift to Public Servant. Outside Counsel warrants that it has not given, nor does it intend to give at any time hereafter, any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with the award of this OCC.

Gift to Public Servant. City may terminate this Contract immediately if Consultant has offered, or agreed to confer any benefit upon a City employee or official that the City employee or official is prohibited by law from accepting.
