GIS STANDARD. GREY COUNTY shall officially name Esri as its GIS standard and act as a reference for other Distributor and Esri customers and potential customers as long as the ELA remains in effect. This ELA shall not be construed or interpreted as an exclusive dealings agreement, and GREY COUNTY and its Eligible Entities reserve the right to purchase from third parties any of their requirements for GIS software. GREY COUNTY agrees that Distributor and Esri may publicize the existence of the ELA.

  • Reliability Standard Seller agrees to abide by (i) CPUC General Order No. 167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electric Generating Facilities”, and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Participating Transmission Owner.

  • Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.
