Go/No Go. The EERE has a Go/No Go decision point halfway through the research Project (see Exhibit B) which will determine if the Project will continue to move forward. As a result of a Go/No Go review, in the EERE’s discretion they may take one of the following actions: (a) authorize the Federal funding for the next budget period for the Project; (b) recommend redirection of work under the Project; (c) place a hold on the Federal funding pending further data; (d) discontinue the Federal funding beyond the current budget period as a result of insufficient progress, change in strategic direction or lack of available funding. EXHIBIT G TECHNOLOGY DELIVERABLES The following terms govern any Deliverables or Work Product under the Project that consist of software; databases collected and maintained for use with software; interactive, web tools; resources; reporting and other information and functionality; all computer programming code, in source code and object code format; and all user and programmer’s documentation, manuals, flowcharts, data, databases, and technical documents (collectively, “Technology Deliverables”).
