NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. The Union agrees that, during the life of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or members will authorize, instigate, aid, condone or engage in a work stoppage, slowdown or strike, including sympathy strikes. The Employer agrees that during the same period there shall be no lockouts. Likewise, it is understood and agreed that the Union and employees shall not engage in concerted activities calculated to influence elected officials, such as picketing private homes or businesses.
NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. 11.1 The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of Employees and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike during the term of this Agreement. Lockout and strike shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. 4 No employee covered by this Agreement shall engage in any work stoppage, 5 slowdown, picketing, or strike at any County facility or place where County functions 6 are performed during the life and duration of this Agreement. If any such work 7 stoppage, slowdown, picketing, or strike shall take place, the Association will 8 immediately notify such employees so engaging in such activities to cease and 11 the course of their employment, shall not refuse to cross any picket line established 12 by any labor organization when called upon to cross such picket line in the line of
NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. 5.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement and provisions of the Labour Relations Act, the Union agrees that there will be no strike, slowdown, work stoppage either complete or partial or other interruption or interference with operations during the term of this Agreement. The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout by it during the term of the Agreement.
5.02 Any employee who participates in any strike, slowdown, work stoppage (either complete or partial) or other interruption with operations may be subject to discipline or discharge by the Employer provided that nothing herein shall prevent such employee from lodging a grievance with respect to such discipline or discharge.

NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. The parties agree that there are no circumstances or exceptions warranting a strike or lockout. During the term of this Agreement or any renewal thereof and during the negotiation period of any successor agreement prior to impasse, the University and its management employees shall not lock-out and the Union and members of the Bargaining Unit shall not engage in any strike (including any work stoppage, slow-down, picketing, sick-out, boycott, stay-home, sit-down, sympathy strike, refusal to cross picket lines, or any other form of restriction of production). Any violation shall subject any participant to immediate discharge.
NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strike (as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act) and the Corporation agrees that there shall be no lockout (as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act).
NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. Section 1. The Association and all Employers covered by this Agreement agree that there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement.
Section 2. The Union agrees that, except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 3 of this Article XIV, there will be no strikes, work stoppages, or slowdowns against any building covered by this Agreement during the term of this Agreement with respect to issues covered by this Agreement and it will not countenance or permit suspension of work or strikes by its members for any purpose whatsoever, and that its members will not suspend work or refuse to perform their regular duties or engage in any sympathetic strike. The Union agrees that it will promptly take reasonable steps to end any unauthorized strike or stoppage. If the Union promptly takes such
Section 3. Regardless of the provisions of Section 2 of this Article, the Union shall have the right to picket, strike, or use other lawful economic means against any Employer or building by reason of the failure or refusal of the Employer to pay the contributions required to the Local No. 1 Health Fund and/or the Local No. 1 Pension Trust Fund and/or the Local No. 1 Training Fund and/or the wages of any employee as is more fully provided by the terms of this Agreement, or refuses to arbitrate or mediate as provided under this Agreement, or, in the case of an Employer who is bound by this Agreement, fails or refuses upon request to execute an adoption of this Agreement in written form for the premises covered by it, or fails to comply with the terms of an Arbitration Award.
Section 4. Any lawful strike, picketing or other economic means engaged in by the Union under this Article XIV shall not take place at the premises of any other Employer who may be represented by the same Management Agent that represents the premises concerning which the Union has the primary dispute.
NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. 10.1 There shall be no strikes or lockouts during the currency of this Agreement and the words “strike” and “lockout” shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act.
NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT. 34.1 The Association agrees that during the life of this agreement there shall be neither strike nor work slowdowns.
34.2 There will be no lockout of employees in the unit by the County.
