GOALS AND OUTCOME OBJECTIVES. 25 The following performance outcomes have been identified for this transportation 26 program: 27 3.9.1 CONTRACTOR shall maintain a consistent means of transportation as 28 scheduled by COUNTY, to ensure a ninety-five percent (95%) on time performance rate. On time 1 performance is achieved when the YOUTH(s) arrives a minimum of five (5) minutes prior to 2 designated drop off time as indicated on the transportation referral.
