Golden Fridays. Where sufficient hours have been worked, each Employee shall have every third Friday off in accordance with the schedule provided by the Employer. This time earned will be known as a Golden Friday.

Itinerant Teachers a) An itinerant Teacher is a Teacher who is assigned duties by the Employer in more than one school in a day.
Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Employee Interview A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to 15 minutes during the employee's orientation period without loss of regular earnings. The purpose of the meeting will be to acquaint the employee with such representative of the Union and the collective agreement. Such meetings may be arranged collectively or individually for employees by the Hospital as part of the orientation program.
