Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.
NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.
Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.
Mobile Phones The Company’s expectations in relation to the use of Company provided mobile phones are outlined in Company policy HR-P13. If an Employee is provided with a mobile phone by the Company, the Employee shall be liable for the cost of excessive private telephone calls. Employees agree to make themselves contactable via their personal mobile phone to receive instructions from their supervisors, with the Company reimbursing Employees the cost of any such telephone calls. It is not a condition of employment to own a mobile phone. No Employee shall be engaged in private telephone conversations whilst at work with the exception of designated breaks and in emergency situations. The Company will not be liable for the repair or replacement of personal mobile phones.
Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.
MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS 20 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 21 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 22 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 23 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits.
Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service. By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to us or our Service Providers solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle® with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship. Searchable Whois Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Registry Operator must offer a searchable Whois service compliant with the requirements described in Section 1.10 of Specification 4 of this Agreement. Registry Operator must make available the services only to authenticated users after they logged in by supplying proper credentials (i.e., user name and password). Registry Operator must issue such credentials exclusively to eligible users and institutions that supply sufficient proof of their legitimate interest in this feature (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web.
