Google’s Processing Records. Customer acknowledges that Google is required under the GDPR to: (a) collect and maintain records of certain information, including the name and contact details of each processor and/or controller on behalf of which Google is acting and (if applicable) of such processor’s or controller's local representative and data protection officer; and (b) make such information available to the supervisory authorities. Accordingly, Customer will, where requested and as applicable to Customer, provide such information to Google via the user interface of the Processor Services or via such other means as may be provided by Google, and will use such user interface or other means to ensure that all information provided is kept accurate and up-to-date.

Google’s Processing Records. To the extent the GDPR requires Google to collect and maintain records of certain information relating to Customer, Customer will, where requested, use the Admin Console to supply such information and keep it accurate and up-to-date. Google may make any such information available to the Supervisory Authorities if required by the GDPR.
Google’s Processing Records. Google will keep appropriate documentation of its processing activities as required by Applicable Privacy Law. To the extent any Applicable Privacy Law requires Google to collect and maintain records of certain information relating to Customer, Customer will use the Admin Console or other means identified in Appendix 4 (Specific Products) to supply such information and keep it accurate and up-to-date. Google may make any such information available to competent regulators, including a Supervisory Authority, if required by Applicable Privacy Law.

  • Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file.

The Purchaser acknowledges that it remains bound by the Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of April 21, 2016, for the benefit of the Acquired Companies (the “Confidentiality Agreement”); provided, however, that the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s Representatives may provide certain required information about the Acquired Companies in filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to the extent required in connection with the Transaction, under the Securities Act or otherwise. Except as set forth in the proviso to the prior sentence, all information provided or obtained in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby will be held by the Purchaser in accordance with the Confidentiality Agreement. The Confidentiality Agreement shall terminate automatically, without any action by any party, upon the Closing. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms hereof and the Confidentiality Agreement, the terms hereof will govern.

  • Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.

  • Grievance Records All documents, communications, and records dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the participants.

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, program records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and participant records. All project records must be retained for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this grant. All project records are subject to audit pursuant to Section N (4) of this grant agreement. Upon completion of the third year of record retention, the Grantee shall submit all program records to CARB. Hardcopy or electronic records are suitable. Acceptable forms of electronic media include hard drives, CDs, and DVDs. Other forms of electronic media may be allowed based on prior written concurrence from CARB.
