Governance and Accountabilities. The Charter of Responsibility sets out the legislative roles and responsibilities of the DHW, the LHNs and the South Australian Ambulance Service (SAAS) which is consistent with the Health Care Act 2008 and articulates the shared commitment and accountabilities of each Party to support the operation of the South Australian health system.

Governance and Accountabilities. The Registrar • Is a statutory appointment by, and reports directly to the Minister for Social Housing. • Has independent decision making authority in relation to the registration of community housing providers in South Australia and administration of the National Law. • Reports to the Director, Property and Contract Management, Housing SA on administrative matters only. Housing SA has a role to play in ensuring there is a robust framework in place for regulation, but has no role in influencing or making regulatory decisions. • Directs all aspects of the Office of Housing Regulation operations. • Liaises with participating jurisdictions through the Registrars’ Forum in the context of supporting national decision making that impacts on the regulatory environment. Xxxxxxx SA (acting on behalf of the SAHT) Xxxxxxx SA reports directly to the Minister for Housing and Urban Development and the SAHT Board, as applicable, in relation to the provision of SAHT services including those relating to: • Community housing funding; • Strategic and operational policy; • Program and contract management; and • Promoting initiatives which develop the broader community housing industry.

Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to relevant reporting requirements to the State Public Charter School Commission, State Department of Education as the State Education Agency (SEA) and sole Local Education Agency (LEA) and/or federal authorities, including but not limited to: • Compliance with minimum educational data reporting standards established by the BOE • Maintaining and reporting accurate enrollment and attendance data • Maintaining and reporting accurate personnel data • Annual reporting and immediate notice requirements • Additional information requested by the State Public Charter School Commission
