Governance and Change Requests. WLA directors and WLA representatives The governance will be shared across three stages and groups as shown and explained below: Name of Group/Stage List of Attendees Decision Making Levels This group proposes any changes to the system, and following the discussion will nominate a lead to develop the proposal and to agree who is required to be part of the Verification Stage group per action. Steering Group One named member per participant, WLA representatives, occasionally the Contractor Verification Stage Varies depending on actions from Steering Group. Essentially all WLA members plus nominations from Steering Group. Will verify Steering Group proposals, including securing agreement for any required funding, specification work and system changes.   • Change Requests 4.1.1. Either party can request changes to the Service.

  • Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change. If the nature of a Change requires revisions to the Approved Plans, then the requesting party shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions and any increases in the cost of the Tenant Improvements as a result of such Change. Change Requests shall be signed by the requesting party’s Authorized Representative.

  • Change Request Procedures 4.1. Either party can request changes to the Service in accordance with the change request form attached to the Order Form or provided by SAP from time to time (“Change Request”).

  • Governance Structure The Academy shall be organized and administered as a Michigan nonprofit corporation under the direction of the Academy Board and pursuant to the governance structure as set forth in the Bylaws. The Academy’s Board of Directors shall meet monthly unless another schedule is mutually agreed upon by the President and the Academy. The Academy shall not delegate this duty of organization and administration of the Academy without the express affirmative consent of the University.

  • Independence and Objectivity Certification Prior to performing the first Quarterly Claims Review, and annually thereafter, the IRO shall submit to Practitioner a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews required under this Section III.C and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this IA. The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of all current and prior engagements between Practitioner and the IRO.

  • Personnel Changes The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.
