Governance Board to Resolve Dispute. If any dispute between any of the Parties should arise under the terms of this Contract, the dispute shall be submitted to the Governance Board for consideration and resolution. If the dispute is not resolved through action of the Governance Board within thirty (30) calendar days, the disputing Parties will utilize a third party mediation process to resolve such dispute.

  • Composition of Board of Arbitration When either party requests that a grievance be submitted to arbitration, the request shall be made by registered mail addressed to the other party of the Agreement, indicating the name of its nominee on an Arbitration Board.
